Blood Orange Cube, Pomegranate Cube, Orange Clove Cube

The winter citrus lineup for a holiday brunch. Blood orange holds the bright top, pomegranate deepens the colour and the finish, and orange clove carries the warm spice note that reads Christmas without turning the pour heavy. Each flavour makes its own mimosa, so the table can pour three at once.

Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved.

Blood Orange: natural citrus with a fruit-and-vegetable-juice colour.
Pomegranate: natural pomegranate with citric and tartaric acid for a clean tart edge.
Orange Clove: natural orange with fresh clove and a fruit-and-vegetable-juice colour.

Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine mimosas across the three flavours.
