Three winter mimosa profiles for the holiday brunch. Cranberry Orange Raspberry holds the tart top with natural cranberry, orange, and freeze-dried raspberry, Pear Apple Nutmeg carries the orchard middle with real pear and apple finished with fresh nutmeg, and Spiced Apple Cider deepens the base with warm baking spice and natural apple. Each flavour makes its own mimosa, so the table can pour three at once.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved.
Cranberry Orange Raspberry: natural cranberry, orange, and freeze-dried raspberry.
Pear Apple Nutmeg: natural pear and apple with fresh nutmeg.
Spiced Apple Cider: natural apple with warm baking spice.
Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine mimosas across the three flavours.
