For Pie Flight, drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute and pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently. For Pecan Pie Latte, drop one or more of each flavour into a mug, pour 8oz of hot coffee, stir until dissolved, and top with 2oz of milk or cream. For Horchata, drop two cubes into the cup and pour 8oz of hot coffee, or build a tea latte with 4oz of milk and 4oz of brewed tea. Both café builds work iced: pour the finished mixture over ice.
