The shimmer mimosa lineup for the Festival of Lights. Shimmer Peach carries the soft stone-fruit top with freeze-dried peach, Shimmer Strawberry deepens the middle with freeze-dried berry and a pearlescent finish, and Shimmer Orange holds the bright citrus close with natural orange oil. Each flavour makes its own mimosa with a dazzling pearlescent shimmer that catches the candlelight.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved.
Shimmer Peach: freeze-dried peach with a mica-based pearlescent finish.
Shimmer Strawberry: freeze-dried strawberry with a mica-based pearlescent finish.
Shimmer Orange: natural orange oil with a mica-based pearlescent finish.
Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine mimosas across the three flavours. Approximately 16 calories and 4 carbs per cube, less than a teaspoon of sugar. Non-alcoholic. Champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine is added separately. Naturally flavoured.
