Three martini profiles for the Festival of Lights toast. Espresso Martini anchors the base with decaf espresso beans and natural caramel depth, Shimmer Pomegranate holds the tart middle with natural pomegranate and a pearlescent finish, and Shimmer Lemon Drop finishes with natural lemon oil and bright citric lift. Each flavour makes its own martini; mix across the kit for a layered build.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour (or one of each for the layered build) into a cocktail shaker. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Shake with 2oz of vodka and ice. Strain and serve in a martini glass straight up.
Espresso Martini: decaf espresso beans with natural caramel depth.
Shimmer Pomegranate: natural pomegranate with a mica-based pearlescent finish.
Shimmer Lemon Drop: natural lemon oil and citric acid with a mica-based pearlescent finish.
