The Christmas espresso martini with a honey twist. Salted honey carries the golden top with a whisper of sea salt and turmeric for colour, the espresso martini cube brings decaf espresso beans and natural caramel depth to the base, and the Dark Chocolate Rimmer finishes the glass with a cocoa and white chocolate emulsion sanding sugar.
Rim a martini glass with the Dark Chocolate Rimmer. Drop one salted honey cube and one espresso martini cube into a cocktail shaker. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Shake with 2oz of vodka, a shot of fresh espresso, and ice. Strain and serve in the rimmed martini glass straight up.
