Spiced Chai holds the top with cinnamon, cloves, and ginger root, Eggnog carries the creamy middle with Madagascar vanilla bean caviar and nutmeg, and Old Fashioned anchors the base with orange oil and bitters so the bourbon still reads clearly through the holiday sweetness.

Drop one of each flavour cube into a glass. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Mix with 2oz of bourbon or rye and ice, then strain and serve in a glass over ice.
