Four latte profiles, one tallboy each, from roasted nut to botanical to buttery to clean vanilla. Each one holds up to hot coffee and to a strong tea shot without the shrillness of a flavoured syrup.
Drop two cubes into the cup. Pour 8oz of hot coffee over the cubes and stir until dissolved, or build a tea latte with 4oz of milk and 4oz of brewed tea poured together over the cubes. A Teaspressa concentrated tea shot brews best for the latte build, and Charles Grey is the classic pairing for the London Fog. For iced, pour the finished mixture over ice.
