Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup, then shake with 2oz of vodka and ice. Strain and serve in a martini glass straight up, adding a shot of fresh espresso to the Espresso Martini. For the Manhattan and Old Fashioned, follow the same steps, mix with 2oz of bourbon or rye and ice, and strain. Serve the Old Fashioned over ice and the Manhattan straight up.
