S’mores by the fire in three cubes. Mexican Chocolate holds the deep spiced top with cocoa and a touch of warmth, Toasted Marshmallow carries the campfire-charred middle rather than the plain-sugar version, and Salted Honey finishes with sea salt and turmeric for the golden lift. Each flavour makes its own toddy; a layered build pours as dessert.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour (or one of each for the layered build) into a mug. Saturate with 1oz of water for 30 seconds and muddle until the cubes become a simple syrup. Add 2oz of rum and 4oz of hot water. Stir until dissolved. Top with whipped cream or a toasted marshmallow for garnish.
Mexican Chocolate: cocoa with a spiced backbone in the style of hot chocolate.
Toasted Marshmallow: campfire-charred rather than plain-sugar.
Salted Honey: honey with a whisper of sea salt and turmeric for colour.
Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine toddies across the three flavours. Directions: Drop 1 of each flavour LUXE Mixer Cubes into a glass and saturate cubes with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle (crush) the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Mix with 2oz rum and add an additional 4oz hot water (to Make iced, mix simple syrup with 2oz bourbon, strain and serve in a glass with ice).
