Orange Cranberry holds the bright tart top with natural cranberry and orange oil, Cinnamon Clove deepens the middle with warm baking spice, and Ginger Lime finishes with fresh ginger root and natural lime for the citrusy snap. Together they turn a bottle of red into a wintery spritz; alone, each one still carries a glass on its own.

Drop one or two cubes of any flavour into a wine glass. Saturate with 1oz of water for 30 seconds and muddle until the cubes become a simple syrup. Pour 4oz of dry red wine over the cubes, add ice, and top with 2oz of soda water. Stir gently. For a punch build, sixfold the recipe in a pitcher with sliced fruit.
