Ginger leads with a steady warmth, and honey rounds it into something soft rather than sharp. The cube is pale peach with a visible sugar-crystal finish, handsome enough to set out beside the cup before it goes in.
Drop two cubes into a cup and pour 8oz of hot coffee or hot tea over the cubes. Stir until dissolved. For a tea latte, pour 4oz of milk and 4oz of brewed tea together over the cubes. A Teaspressa concentrated tea shot brews best. For iced, pour the finished mixture over ice.
Mini sticks hold 6 cubes, which makes 3 drinks, using two cubes per drink. Approximately 16 calories and 4 carbs per cube, less than a teaspoon of sugar. Naturally flavoured. Handmade in small batches, so colour, size, and shape vary. Packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
